Our 8" gelato cakes begin with a fresh layer of chocolate sponge onto which our smooth and flavorful gelato is layered on. They are then artfully decorated with various ingredients consistent with the flavor of the gelato. The cakes are individually packaged in either square paper boxes or clear plastic containers for display by request.
